Yes, I know this is not a pig recipe, but since it is one of my daughter’s favorite recipes I have to include it.

Daughter Aimee – Chicken (from bigoven.com)

1. Ingredients

1 tablespoon Butter or margarine

2 teaspoons Paprika

4 Boneless chicken breast

1/8 teaspoon Ground red pepper

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/3 cup Sour cream

2. Directions

Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Take chicken out and place into a greased casserole dish. Add soup into skillet along with paprika and ground red pepper and heat to a boil. Cover and cook

Take 4 breast or more or whatever and brown them in a skillet on the stove in some butter.

I cooked mine on stove about 20 min.

Then, take the chicken out of the skillet and place it in a casserole dish. Add one can of cream of mushroom to the butter mixture in the skillet.

Also while I was cooking my chicken in the skillet I put salt, paprika, red pepper and pepper on it. So the butter mixture is full of great flavor.

Ok add one can of cream of mushroom as I said to the butter mixture. I added more paprika and red pepper and stuff at this point.

You bring it all to a boil- after it boils you add 1/3 cup sour cream. (I know this sounds odd but it was delicious and so spicy -- troy went on and on about how much he loved it which he never does so you know it is good)

Anyway way take your skillet stuff the soup/sour cream mixture and pour it over the chicken. Cover it with tin foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.

I fixed noodles to go w/ it because there is a lot of sauce left it was great on the noodles.

And that is it. You will love it. Let me know how you like it.
